I love this place. Feels like I stepped into a pub in the heart of England. The atmosphere is awesome. Staff were super helpful. I was poured a pint from a keg that they were having troubles with, and it wasn't good. They were more than accommodating to pour me something else instead. The pies here are AMAZING. Coming here whenever I stop in Ladysmith again.

Possibly the best pub on Vancouver Island. Definitely in the top 3. Excellent beer list, good solid pub food which while not 100% traditional (a good thing) also avoids being nouveau gastropub (also a good thing). Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.
