  Used to be awsome, but really gone down hill lately. Shrimp in the sonomono tasted terrible., miso was plain and tasted like soy sauce. I orderd a roll combo and got 3 cones. I complained and the poor girl (its not her fault) but this is the second time i have gone in and complained and they didn't offer me anything. Won't be going back.

  20 minutes to get a water, no steak sauce, no ponzu sauce and tuna tataki was cooked well done. I asked the server what sauce came with the tuna tataki, her reply was "I don't know, the stuff that comes with tataki". Based on the quality and service, shopping mall sushi well ahead of this 'Japanese restaurant' in my opinion.

  Farm salmon and fake crab. When you are a sushi place and you can see the ocean from your restaurant. Its only right you serve real food. Moving on. I Went in for some sushi to go. Ordered a combo comes with soup so decided to eat the soup and have tea to kill some time. Rather then have hot soup in the car. I get the bill pay cash as we wait my friend asks for tea cup. Just before our bill come up they hand us another bill for the tea cup and say its charge per cup. I should have took the tip out and handed it to her but they sent a different server so i would have made 2 wrongs. All in all it was rather odd considering i had already paid and tipped for my food to nickel and dime me 2 bucks for a cup. I found it really weird if i could they would get negitive 4 review. But it is not posible. I went there two years ago it was good now it is sooo bad.

  Amazing food! It's hard to believe a restaurant this good is located in Ladysmith. The lunch boxes taste fantastic and the rolls are really good too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone stopping by
