Consistently good food. I'll gladly wait the extra couple minutes over done other fast food places for the fresh burgers and fries I get here. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with any request.

Half cooked very lightly salted onion rings and my burger was was short a paddy. I have had very bad service at A&W lately right down to the always crushed onion rings in the Sooke outlet. As a former employee of A&E 25 years ago or so, I'm very disappointed

Consistently great.. Dedicated owners have done a great job with their team. Friendly, quick service and consistently well made, burgers make this a burger stop of choice. Store kept clean, easy access off the highway and great parking for big trucks or when towing a trailer. Keep up the hard work A&W Ladysmith!!
