  Ladysmith Health Food store is a Family owned business with great customer service staff. They have a wide range of products, from supplements, vitamins, drinks, bulk food section, a huge herbal tea session to freshly grown garlic :) ps. oh yeah, the owner is an avid gardener, if you have any questions about gardening, she is happy to share her passion and experience with you if you ask.

  They have a great selection of vegan and gluten free products. Lots of unique health food as well as personal items that you can't find anywhere else. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I always leave with what I needed and lots of information!
